Press Communications Internship

Campaign Nucleus, a leading SaaS platform for political campaigns and organizations, is currently searching for an Intern. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various facets of our operations, guided by the executive team. The Intern will collaborate closely with both the Development and Client Services teams to contribute to the day-to-day functions essential for the growth and expansion of our platform, with a strong focus on the press release system. This internship provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in the dynamic field of political communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the client services and development teams in daily tasks, encompassing material preparation, quality control, and content entry.
  • Provide support for administrative and office responsibilities.
  • Play a pivotal role in the press release system, including data management and press contact upkeep.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Web Development, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to carry out tasks accurately at a high level with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Resourcefulness in obtaining information and solutions.
  • Efficient and fast learner.

This part-time position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with specific work hours to be determined based on schedules. Applicants must be actively enrolled in a college/university program or have plans to enroll. The ideal candidate for this internship is pursuing a degree in Public Relations or Communications, demonstrating a keen interest in the intricacies of the press release system.
