Campaign Nucleus, a leading SaaS platform for political campaigns and organizations, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our growing team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for working with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process and maintaining on-going communication. You will coordinate client onboarding and execute platform trainings to help clients fully utilize our SaaS platform.  

This position is based in South Florida or Dallas, Texas and will require in office availability.


  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients
  • Execute platform trainings to ensure clients are able to fully utilize the features of our SaaS platform
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular check-ins and communication
  • Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and success

Required qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with a tech platform or SaaS company
  • Experience in customer success, account management or related field
