Location 

This is an office based position and you would be working from our Fort Lauderdale office. 

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a preference for 2 of those years in the SaaS industry. 

• Strong experience in front-end design and development. 

• Must be a self-motivated, well-organized individual who pays close attention to details. 

• Possess exceptional visual design skills that demonstrate excellence in the core principles of typography, layout, color, interaction, etc. 

• Deep understanding of Vue 3, Router & Pinia fundamentals and core concepts. 

• Expert at one or multiple design applications (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). 

• Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, modern CSS/SCSS, Flexbox/Grid, Bootstrap. 

• Demonstrate ability to systematically gather relevant information from different sources to address an issue and make a prompt and insightful decision. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution. 

• Ability to implement designs from wireframes/mockups into reliable and reusable code. 

• Experience with Git, GitHub, and similar source code control practices. 

• Performing code reviews and helping other team members follow our architectural concepts. 

• Being able to work towards goals on an individual and team level. 

Preferred additional qualifications: 

• Production-level experience building complex front-end applications using VueJS. 

• Experience with Storybook and Figma. 

• Experience with Typescript. 

• Experience in front-end Unit/Feature testing. 

• Experience with other JS Frameworks (e.g., React). 

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and objectives. 

• Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with the company's brand guidelines. 

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas while maintaining brand consistency. 

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table. 

• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
